职位描述 Job de****ion：
1. 管理现有供应商和寻找合格的新供应商
Manage current suppliers and search for new suppliers
2. 对供应商进行询价、比价、议价，并上报相关信息(交货周期、最低订购量、包装要求、品质标准、价格条件等)
Inquiry, compare and negotiate price with suppliers and report relevant information (delivery time, MOQ, packaging, quality standards, price term etc.)
3. 负责生产物料的采购订单下达，跟进，确保满足生产需求
Responsible for materials ordering, tracking delivery to ensure material availability
4.对采购数据定期整理分析，为采购方向提供支持，并维护系统数据
Procurement data analysis and ERP system input
5. 完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务
Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management

任职资格 Qualifications Required:
1. 熟悉采购流程，有产品计划和库存控制经验优先;
Familiar with purchasing process, product planning and inventory control experience is preferred
2. 门窗类五金行业3年以上采购工作经验优先
At least 3 years sourcing experience in window & door industry will be preferred.
3.良好的谈判沟通技巧，英语水平佳（书面）
Good negotiation/communication and excellent command of written English
4. 熟悉用友U8系统优先
Knowledge of Ufida systems is a plus.
5. 熟悉电子表格，良好的数据分析能力。
Familiar with Excel, good data analysis ability
6. 技术背景优先
Technical backgroud is a plus
